Africa : Jeune Afrique loses disparagement case against Africa Intelligence

The pan-African magazine took Indigo Publications, publisher of Africa Intelligence, to the Paris Commercial Court, claiming that our disclosures about its financial situation and shareholding amounted to ‘disparagement’. On 4 June, the Paris Court of Appeal rejected Jeune Afrique’s case.
